Morgan Painley is an Associate Attorney at AMG LAW PLC, specializing exclusively in family law. She is highlay experienced in handling a range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, custody and visitation, support, and equitable distribution. Representing clients across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Stafford, Prince William County, Alexandria, and Arlington, Morgan is recognized as a fierce advocate for her clients' positions and is known for her no- no-nonsense approach to cases.
Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Morgan graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She was an active member of the pre-law professional fraternity Phi Alpha Delta and participated in Campus Assault Response, an organization committed to supporting and educating survivors of assault.
Morgan earned her law degree from Elon University School of Law in December 2022. During her time at law school, she served as Vice President of the Education Law Society, engaged in the Innocence Project, and authored articles on criminal justice reform for the non-profit Interrogating Justice.
Licensed to practice law in Virginia since October 2023, Morgan resides in Fairfax, Virginia, where she continues to offer strategic, compassionate, and strong advocacy for her clients.
